The Sofle v2 Keyboard Kit is a hot-swappable, wired keyboard with a 20% layout size and ANSI standard layout ergonomics. It features a knob and QMK/VIA support, making it highly customizable and versatile. This keyboard is a 6×4+5 key column-staggered split ortho keyboard with encoder support, based on the popular Lily58, Corne, and Helix keyboards. This v2 version of the Sofle keyboard does not support RGB lighting, but for those who desire RGB, the Sofle v2.1 RGB is available. The keyboard runs on QMK and is configurable with Via firmware, which can be found on the manufacturer's website. The kit includes all the necessary components to build the keyboard, including switch plates, PCBs, bottom plates, TRS cable, TRRS jacks, tactile switches, OLED displays, Kailh hotswap sockets, diodes, brass standoffs, screws, and rubber feet. To complete the build, two Pro Micro controllers, MX switches, and MX keycaps are required. Optional items include encoders, encoder knobs, and 40 pin machined breakable headers. The build instructions for the Sofle v2 RGB are available on the manufacturer's website. The keyboard was designed by Josef Adamčík, and more information on the keyboard can be found on the manufacturer's website. The Sofle v2 Keyboard Kit is a highly customizable and versatile keyboard that is perfect for those who desire a unique and personalized typing experience.
